Shipping policy

At Booked Out Mum Club, we know you’re probably juggling snacks, school bags, washing piles and a cold coffee somewhere nearby. So we’ll do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 for our Australian customers and free shipping on orders over $100 for out International customers.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after your order is placed.

During busy periods, processing times may be a little longer. We promise we’re not ignoring you, just getting your tees ready with care.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

• Australia: 4-8 business days
• New Zealand: 7-12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-30 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
